The best thing about this product is that it provides all-inclusive view into network topology, including physical devices as well as virtualized infrastructure components (like VMs). It also allows to see how traffic flows through them using different protocols like TCP/IP or BGP VPNs etc. I dislike its UI which can be confusing for new users with no technical background; however once they get used to it everything becomes much easier! We use ARCENTRY mainly during our day jobs but we are looking forward to integrating some more tools from their suite such as NetFlow Analysis tool when time comes around.
