Review on ๐Ÿพ Convenient 12-Case Disposable Cardboard Pet Carriers: Easy & Efficient Transportation by Michelle Linares

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great for emergencies

I bought these in 2020 and they have been in the box for a year. I live on the Gulf Coast and wanted something that would be easy to put together for emergencies (like a hurricane evacuation). I had the unfortunate opportunity of using them with Hurricane Nicholas last weekend. Pros: Fast to collect I was able to collect 9 of these and get 9 cats in record time. (less than 20 minutes) Cons: If the cat wants out, it will get out. They are great for kittens and cats that fit easily in the carrier and are not irritated by them. However, if the cat is scared or hates the wearer, it will leave. One of my cats broke through the side within 5 minutes of putting her in the carrier. Suggestion: if you buy them, don't try to reuse them! Cardboard isn't strong enough to be reused, no matter how balanced cats are. If someone made something like this out of collapsible plastic, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Also if there was a way to make them more stackable without compromising the integrity of the lid I would buy it. In general, they served the purpose I gave them.

Pros
  • Secure - no staples, strong adhesive, extra ventilation
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
