I bought this because honestly it's the only thing I liked from everyone else on Amazon and Spencer. I'm pretty sure I'm allergic to metal so I can't have a real piercing that resulted in my real septum being removed. I thought it would enhance my personality and make me a cool person overall, and I wouldn't give up on it if I thought it would help make me look like ME. I didn't expect this hanger to be good quality or even fit my nose and look good for the price. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't fit my nose. The top rated review here helped me shape the temple so the ends fit my nose better and really hold up. You really need to put it in a "D" shape if it doesn't fit. Once you get it to the right size it stays and hangs pretty tight. However, you will need pliers. I had another problem, since I got used to the real partition, it seemed quite uncomfortable at first. After about half an hour I was fine and eventually stopped feeling it. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
