blender part worked fine but I didn't like how big and bulky the unit was. I had no idea how big 7 1/2 liters really are. Since the tub is very large, putting on and taking off the faucet is cumbersome. Also, the mixers don't reach the bottom of the bowl, I had to stop mid-mix and scrape the bottom of the bowl several times to add the remaining flour, which isn't good because it risks kneading the dough. I also didn't like that the rise when lowering the top was a bit unwieldy. I ended up returning the unit and instead bought one with a 4 1/2 liter mixing bowl that has two handles, one on each side, for better lifting of the bowl.
