These little things seem to help with my insomnia: I use them alternately on 2-3 acupuncture points on my arms and legs each night. It's a bit tricky to peel off the plastic backing, but if your nails don't work, try tweezers at the notch along the long edge. The sticky square has good adhesive power and I think it blends in so well that I sometimes miss something when removing it. Yes, the patches are too large to use on more than one pair of ears, although they can be trimmed with nail scissors. (Ear seeds are sold for this purpose, and the listings on Revain make the sticky patches seem smaller to me. I still can't put them on my own ears.) After throwing away the magnets for the first few nights, it occurred to me me that I can reuse them. In theory at least, I might need a magnifying glass and tweezers to stick the adhesive strip right side up. I suspect I can go back to tossing and replacing. And I am trying large magnets on large patches from another vendor here.
