Loosen the plastic part to make them roll better!
I'll say right away that I hated them at first because they didn't roll. However, after some research I found how to get them rolling by attaching a bobby pin to the side of the ball and running it around the perimeter a few times to expand/loosen the plastic piece holding the ball with it they roll. better. Now they work fine. game changer!
