Came open, a quarter of the product was missing and dirty. I thought ok I'll write it off as a loss and use the rest anyway since it's just for my hair. It was sticky, almost like hairspray. I have a feeling it was filled with a different product by whoever returned it or something. Crap and waste of money. At least the aroma was pleasant, I tell you.
