Review on 🔋 Enhanced Wireless Control with Air Lift 25980 WirelessOne (2nd Gen) [Replaces 25870] by Jeremy Miller

My 'Ultimate Plus' air spring kit which comes with stainless steel fittings and braided stainless steel hoses. Specifically, this is model 89295, ASIN B0728K3JX7 here at Revain, for 2003 to present Dodge Ram trucks. Access to the shredder valves which I placed next to the license plate. So this year I jumped on this travel compressor kit. I knew full well that this would eliminate the possibility of supplying different amounts of air on each side, but I never do it anyway. The kit does not include the fittings I need as the Ultimate Plus kit has a reinforced 4AN stainless steel brake line. I looked around and couldn't find any installation kit offered by Air Lift or anyone else to solve this problem. So I bought the fittings and came up with the solution myself. One image shows the fittings and hoses and how they connect together while the other image shows how they are installed on the truck. Racer, I knew what I needed. But not all items were offered on Revain, so I went back to one of my trusted old suppliers for these items. Google the company name as shown in the picture, they are well known in the ring railway world. None of these parts were particularly expensive. Anyway, after this problem was solved, I found a place to mount the supercharger on the right side of my 2012 Ram 3500, the crew cab. The Ram has these handy storage boxes on the back seat floor and I installed the header on the outside of that box. I installed the compressor on the floor assembly, which is located directly under the back seat. The kit works great! A bit slow from min pressure to max pressure, it seems to work within a few minutes. But it's still a lot quicker and easier than stopping to catch your breath. However, I had an error with the remote control. With the remote on the visor and the truck closed on a hot day it got really hot. I wanted to use it and it turned on but didn't respond to any of the buttons. I put it in a cooler place for a few minutes and indeed it started to work. From now on I keep it in a low door bay so it doesn't get that hot. I definitely prefer the app to the remote control. When traveling, my phone stays on the dash and is within reach, so it's just as handy and easier to read, and it shows you what the pressure really is when it changes it. It also has three handy presets that can be set to three different pressures. I have one set on idle (5 psi), another set to tow my boat (40 psi) and a third set on full load (100 psi) and I use it when my RV is in bed. Pairing the phone app with the device left me scratching my head for a bit, until it finally dawned on me that in order to turn the collector on and off and put it into pairing mode, I had to pull its fuse and reinsert it. As soon as I did that, it connected immediately. They should really list that this kit requires additional tubing to use with the Ultimate Plus springs. But overall I'm happy with my purchase and give it 5 stars.
