I was able to utilize some of our data from multiple locations to be used in this tool but there is so much more information out there. This allowed me as an IT Security Officer a chance to find many different ways we could use it internally. It can get overwhelming fast with all the options and features you have to learn about. We were using this for security monitoring purposes within my organization and now other organizations are also utilizing this system to do similar things. It is very easy to use for an organization with no technical expertise. The support team is available 24/7 via chat or phone. We are using it as a service desk tool so far and have not experienced any issues. I would suggest trying it out to see if it works for you. Our goal was to get our employees up and running faster and more efficiently with our application portfolio management platform.
