TKR fits best in leg positioning pads

I have both knees replaced one at a time. I have an instep cushion but it doesn't have the ability to keep my foot in place. I used it to freeze my knees, it's very comfortable and stabilizes my leg very well. I'm 5'8" and the wedge slides all the way up the back of my thigh. I'm not sure how comfortable this will be for someone with short legs because you'll be lying on part of it. I hope that won't be a problem but it's something to think about.The main reason I wanted her to be stable is that the movements immediately after surgery are very painful.I'm happy with ice so far.Now is coming the bad part.
