Still sweating 2 hrs later
I used L Carnitine over a decade ago to support leaning out faster so I bought this stuff thinking it would be similar. I was wrong. There’s no question it will help, but it’s now 2 hrs after I took it and I’ve had to change clothes due to still sweating. The warm rush it talks about has not gone away and I took a tablespoon. I couldn’t imagine taking a cap full!
