I received my earrings 3 days earlier than expected so of course I was excited and surprised! Unfortunately I could not twist a pair of earrings. At first I got angry and thought I was being scammed. A friend of mine, who couldn't figure it out herself, told me about her own experience with another company. Instead of contacting the company, I immediately rushed to Revain to give my angry and hasty review. To my surprise, their customer service team contacted me. They did their best to fix the problem. I will definitely buy from them again. Not to mention they looked great despite not being able to carry two pairs! Also, the ones I can wear look GREAT. Worth the money and the quality is good! I look forward to buying another set!
