Excellent customer service! I had a small problem with my bag that wasn't really the seller's fault. They fixed the problem immediately. Customer service is so important these days and many companies really skimp on customer needs or even communication. This seller replied within an hour Now for the bag Pros: *Very nice bag! I ordered gray and peach. The metal band is particularly beautiful. I hope they release a beige bag with a gold strap and zippers! * Thick durable waterproof quality fabric * High quality * Lightweight but very durable * Nice smooth zip, quality zips * Practical design * Perfect size although I wish it could hold a rolled up towel * SHOULDER STRAPS - other bags of this style have these Not! minuses. This is an amazing bag no matter what. Just add very small things that the seller can fix! * Side pockets should open at the top and connect to the pocket at the bottom. When the bag is hanging, accessing the side pivot pockets is a little awkward and things can fall out more easily than if opened from the top. There are other bags that open from the top, but they aren't as good as these BoaCay bags. Mesh pockets should be attached to the top of the side pockets, either over the existing mesh pocket or as an extension of the existing mesh to the top of the bag. *Mesh should be elastic or just add more material. Mesh zippered pockets are flat and curved. They could fit a lot more. * I had trouble organizing all my stuff in my bag and had to move it around a lot. My problem was that I use a lot of serums, essences and toners that would fit in the top net, but I don't want those expensive products on their side. My only option was to put them in the main component, which takes up a lot of floor space and makes it difficult to fit my larger products in the bag because they can't lie flat on the floor, they have to sit on top of the dropper bottles and in the end I just get thrown there. * The front grille is too high and difficult to reach. This is user error but I forgot to close the mesh in a hurry and everything fell out. My blush faded and my makeup spread across the counter and floor. I am not sure if there is anything that can be done to prevent this. Perhaps the zippers on the sides of the mesh pockets could come off. When using this bag on the counter, it's difficult to keep it open. If you fold the top back and forget to zip it up, the same thing will happen. So it's probably best to only use it in Limbo. Again, these disadvantages are very minor issues. Overall this is the best bag available and it is amazing! You don't have to be 100% perfect to do your job well. It's probably impossible to find the perfect product anyway. If you are looking for a toiletry bag, this is the one for you! You will be happy with your purchase! And if not, the seller will help solve any problem! You have nothing to lose!
