I don't know why others are having problems. I just moved to Maui from California. My Bose Wave radio, which was over 30 years old at the time, was not receiving good signals here on the island. Public radio stations wheezed while others had a lot of background hiss. The antenna arrived on January 4, 2020. The biggest fear was that the coaxial female end of the antenna would not fit the radio due to the age of the radio. No problem. Fits perfectly. Stations sound 100% clearer and I'm picking up a "stereo" signal on the radio where it wasn't there before or was choppy. Is the antenna reversed? I don't understand what at all because it feels very secure in its mount and the antenna stays at whatever angle I place it. As far as I know, five starts!
