Review on Beduan Pre Filter Sediment Filter Reusable by Eric Pruett

Filter fits 3/4” and 1” pipes but no. The exit ID (the machined part in the posted image) is only 1/2 inch. I was planning on using this to filter the main Pex string with an ID of 1" that feeds my Viega mana block. Instead I will simply use it to filter out the sediment on the 3/4" ID that feeds my water heater. My only concern is that the filter outlet will restrict water flow to the water heater. I plan to update this review after installation and to see if it works or not Note: I use my own well water at 40/60 pressure settings, so the size of the filter outlet can cause complications.
