The only difference between this pad and the regular pad is the addition of a stick on a rubber gasket that sits at the bottom of the bottle. This seal doesn't stick very well and keeps falling off, especially when you try to snap the socket back in place. Overall I'm not impressed nor concerned with its performance and ability to retain moisture over time.
