I really liked that they added a cherry flavor because once the flavor is gone you know the filling has set. I put this filling in my tooth a few hours before bed and even the next morning I still tasted cherry. So I just ate with the other side of my mouth. By lunchtime it had hardened and there was no more cherry flavor. I can brush it with a hand brush; I haven't used my sonic toothbrush or my waterpik next to it but I can eat on it and it stayed in place for over 2 weeks. I have developed an abscess on my gums next to my broken filling and as soon as I filled it with this product the abscess is gone and I have no pain. Before using this product, I rinsed my mouth with Orajel Mouthwash for Mouth Ulcers, also available from Revain, which contains hydrogen peroxide, which kills bacteria.
