UPDATE July 23, 2020: Works fine. Both the brush and the towel are durable. UPDATE July 25, 2019: I was surprised to find a spare towel in my mailbox today. Fantastic customer service! I bought the product in April so I was well past the return/replacement window. Now I know they read reviews and value customers. So pleasant! Definitely recommend this towel! Reviewed April 2019: I really liked the towel and brush at first. The towel is very soft, perfectly absorbs moisture and dries hair well, practically without tangling. However, after 3 months, the black cord that was used to attach the towel broke off. Now I fix it with a hairpin, but it is very uncomfortable and constantly falls off. Unfortunately, I'm well past the return window. Luckily the brush works well. Effortlessly detangles hair with minimal shedding. Find it well made with good handles. The color is a nice pink too. In general, I have mixed feelings about this product. If they used higher quality cords this would be a durable product.
