Reviewer uses Xtify mainly within Customer Service

I like that this tool can be used for more than just one type of business model. It really helps with my SEO efforts by allowing me to create different types of content, which will help drive traffic from search engines! This software needs some work in terms of making it easier for newbies (like myself) to get up and running quickly. There are many features here but if you're looking at using this as an SEO tool, then look elsewhere - there's better tools out there. We use this mostly for customer service purposes, so we have our own team members manage it internally.
