I thought it was me. I must have bought dozens of these over the years and then I finally found out why; after a year, maybe two, something wears out and the flashlight stops responding to the "on" button. Something wears out, wears out, whatever – it just starts flickering, whether it's on or off, charged or not, new batteries or whatever, and what's the point, $25-$30 for a flashlight to pay that only works once? year? b
