Fixed an issue where AirBnB guests would turn on the patio lights and leave them on during their stay. This is a problem for me as it is such a big waste of electricity and there is no need to leave patio lights on during the day. It bothered me so much that the lights stayed on and I couldn't do anything about it. With this product you can set a timer to turn off everything connected to it. On my next visit to AirBnb, I hooked up the patio lights to this thing. Now I can manually turn off the light with the app or just set the timer to turn off automatically at midnight. You can even set a few timer functions, so let's say the group is having a late night party on the patio, the lights go out at midnight, they turn it back on. You can get another "OFF" timer instruction at 2 or 3 am that will turn the lights off again!
