Here's an example of where fakes make sense. I have three vacuum cleaners; One for each floor in our house. I've used both original brand and generic on all of them, but other than the price, I can't tell the difference between the two. These AS bags are a little shorter than the original bags that came with my Eureka but seem to hold just as much dirt. I am very happy with their performance. Photos are included showing the front/back of the real bag next to the EnviroCare bag. EnviroCare bag to the right of each photo. As you can see, the differences are small.
