I was able to download the apps I wanted with relative ease and set them up the way I preferred. Installation instructions are included, but there are hardly any actual operating instructions. The remote control doesn't help. I tried to uninstall an app. I can drag it to the trash can icon but that's it. The OK button does nothing to complete the delete process. Tried updating FOTA several times before it worked. Again, the update option was in front of me, but multiple clicks on the OK button did nothing. I downloaded the VPN app. When I open it I get stuck on the home screen because the remote doesn't do anything when I try to switch between the options to log into my account. I think the box itself will work fine if I can solve remote control problems. . If not I bought a 2 year warranty and it will come back. Update: I am very happy with the box for use with IPTV applications. I like the built-in Google Play Store rather than having to download apps or look for other loopholes to get what I need like I should have on a Fire Stick. The manufacturer has provided helpful tips for uninstalling apps. However, the remote control was still not convincing. The seller's response was to try a different remote control. Translation: buy something else and see if it works. I love the box so much I don't want to return it because I customized it to my needs so I'll try another inexpensive remote.
