Great company - great customer service. Watch out for INCH pounds vs FT pounds
Accidentally clipped trying to use. I didn't hear any clicks initially and tried using it with a much higher load. A 1/4-inch drive torque wrench is rated for 20-200 IN-lbs (which is approximately 1.6-16.7 FT-lbs). Do not use this to attempt to tighten oil drain plugs, which require approximately 30 ft-lb of torque. Based on my initial check, Ron and Rosemary at Lexivon contacted me and still sent me a replacement free of charge, which literally arrived the next day. Very impressed, the company does everything for customer satisfaction!
