After extensive communication with Su.B team I am very happy with my purchase and experience. Customer service was very good and definitely no complaints. I've been using the bag for several weeks now, including when flying. It seems to be of excellent quality and materials and I don't expect any problems with more use. It has a little less room inside than I would like as there are 2 sleeves inside which is a personal preference I'd rather have just one. I am very happy with my purchase and it was worth the wait for the restock.
