I paid $250 for the voice recorder and I couldn't find the CD when replacing my laptop. You would think Sony would offer a download or replacement through support, but NO. You have to BUY the software again and again. The $250 dictaphone is useless now due to its proprietary format, but I'll be damned if they get another dime out of my money and not a dime out of yours.
