Review on Renogy Inverter Battery Converter Saving by Matthew Nielsen

This product worked fine for a few months then it stopped working and started alarming. My voltage is fine, the wires and fuses are the right size. I contacted Renogy for support and explained the problem in great detail. They responded by asking me for some details which were beautifully spelled out in my original email. Every time I emailed or took a quiz to try, it was a new person who emailed me and I can't even count the number of times I've answered the same question that has already been asked by someone else. . Four days in a row I have not received a reply from Renogy. This is a junk company with junk customer service and junk products. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your solar and power needs. I also had the exact same customer service issue with an MPPT controller I ordered from them.
