Unfortunately I received a pair of boots where the right boot was defective in the sense that the lining and structure near the heel collapsed after 2 light socks - even just walking. This was very frustrating and I desperately contacted the seller who was more than willing to work with me on the situation. Although the boots didn't fit and I didn't have the heart to exchange them and maybe experience the same thing again, I am very impressed and satisfied with the service and communication from the seller. I would say try these boots but wear them carefully first! However, they are very sweet and have received many compliments from riders and our stable staff. It's pretty comfortable too.
