Great cooling but noisy
This part is complete and cools my RTX 3080 from 74 degrees to 64 degrees Celsius, but is noisy at 3000 rpm. The adapter to downgrade for slower speeds is not SATA, and it should be. You need to collect wires to lower the voltage.
