This is a very good quality pan
This is a very heavy duty pan made from durable stainless steel with a lid. I love it! I'm going to be making 2-20 pound Thanksgiving turkeys, one at a time, so I wanted something different from the cheap foil pans I've bought for years past. Expensive, yes! However, I see myself using this for many things for our growing family! 10 stars for that.
