Vibration on smooth top areas

Solid, well made pan. 5 star product when used in the oven but I have returned 2 of these having had significant hesitation putting it on a smooth top electric hob.

This is a very good quality pan

This is a very heavy duty pan made from durable stainless steel with a lid. I love it! I'm going to be making 2-20 pound Thanksgiving turkeys, one at a time, so I wanted something different from the cheap foil pans I've bought for years past. Expensive, yes! However, I see myself using this for many things for our growing family! 10 stars for that.

Expensive but worth it!

I love this brazier! It's quite expensive but worth it. It easily fit in my 21 lb turkey with a tiny headroom. I didn't realize it had a stand to place a turkey on and easily remove the meat from the pan. Bonus. And I love that the handles are slightly angled so you can put the roasting pan in the oven front to back and still close the oven door without the handles getting in the way. Why aren't all pans like this?!? It takes up less space so I can put more pans in the oven when I'm making a…

Great ship! Exactly what I was looking for!

It easily fits a 12-13 lb turkey and is tender, juicy and cooks very quickly. I have also braised carnitas and used them for roast pork. Thanks to the clever offset of the handles, it fits my narrow (27″) electric oven very snugly, as well as my 36″ gas oven with no issues, and the flat lid means I can use the lid to hold whatever I need. cooked while using the main grill to reduce dripping and make a sauce without the awkwardness of searing that has a handle on top. Its beautiful surface is…

Perfect for Oven Mandi

Mandi is an Arabic dish primarily native to Yemen but very popular in the Gulf States. Cooked over a slow simmering desert pit fire for 4-5 hours. I chose to do this in the oven and needed a pan big enough to put a layer of rice on the bottom and the meat on top separate from the rice. So the rice is cooked with drops of fat and juice from the meat. This experiment worked great. I bought a Stove Steamer https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B075SXP2Z8 to raise the included heavy duty rack over…

Awesome, but. - Pots and Pans

I bought this item to use in a mobile canteen. This is a very high quality roaster. I also bought a roaster from Camerons Products. Now that I've used them I'll take one for the house! Well-made offset handles make it easy to store and suitable for smaller ovens. I prefer the riveted handles on the Cameron Products roaster to the welded handles on the Norpro KRONA stainless steel 12 qt multi roaster. If you compare them, they can certainly be made in the same factory. Both are of very good…

It's a beast

Over the years we've had a few less expensive roasting pans, mostly thin steel, that you could get at Walmart or the grocery store. They almost always rusted through after a short time. Since we needed something more substantial and didn't want to buy another pan, we bought this one. Now to describe it as hard work would mean describing the Matterhorn as a big hill. The thing is heavy and thick. It doesn't quite weigh as much as our cast-iron brazier, but few cooking utensils can handle it…
