Composite to HDMI NOT Component to HDMI
If your TV ONLY has HDMI inputs and does not have Composite AV (Red/White/Yellow) or Component AV (Green/Blue/Red), this will work for the PS2 playback on a modern TV. If your TV has RCA inputs there is no improvement over the 20 year old cables that came with the set save your money its a waste. On the other hand, if your TV has a component input, buy computer cables instead to get a much better picture on the screen. ONLY buy this if you have ONLY HDMI inputs and don't care about quality.
