The tool is very user friendly and intuitive. I have not found anything that I dislike about this software - it's exactly what it claims to be. This is a great way to ensure that all 3rd party vendors are vetted properly and that there are no surprises when they are brought into the picture. I am using this as part of our vetting process for vendors who provide products or services to our organization.
