Great price, in about 6 months we bought about 16 hard drives, when cloning the hard drive I had problems with 2, on the first one I decided to reinstall the operating system When I encountered the same problem on the second hard drive, I decided to call tech support. Once the machine responds, you can find that it works from home, not from the office, the tech support lady told me to reinstall the cloning software and try again, the cloning progress goes between 60-80% and stop asking you to contact support. I try to call support again, my call never went through as if they blocked my number. Problem with the third hard drive, again no response from tech support, when we started buying silicon power ssd drives they were great, i have recommended it to other people, the latest ssds don't seem to be the same quality as we once did bought at t he passed
