I like that it is easy to set up new users or groups in our organization so we can monitor them as well for compliance issues using its built-in features such as reports/dashboards etc; also very intuitive software which makes setting things right super simple! Nothing really - but you might want more support options other than just chat (like phone). It's great when there are problems since they will be solved quickly compared others who don't respond fast enough if at all sometimes :) We use this product mainly because of how reliable their products have been over time vs competitors' offerings where some tend not perform nearly equally good due too bugs & lackadaisical approach towards customer concerns by dev team members / owners thereof ;-).
