I just took them out of the box and they are all crumpled and the fold lines are terrible. Wash in cold water on low temperature or tumble dry according to washing instructions. I dried the drum air. My dryer buzzer went off. I took them off and couldn't believe what I saw. They look just as wrinkled as if I put them in the wash. By the way, I washed them on a delicate cycle. The pillowcases and top and bottom sheets were badly wrinkled. Just like when I put them in the cold wash. I washed them myself. Nothing else in this load. On Friday I emailed the seller how to remove wrinkles and received no response. You should reply within 48 hours as today is Monday at 4pm. Very disappointed, these sheets are for the guest room. I have two single beds I want them to look beautiful, wrinkle free and clean looking. But these sheets are terrible. According to Nestl, they must be LOOSE and wrinkle-free. Because of this, I would advise against buying it. They feel good, but what's the point if they look like crumpled rags.
