Nylon is out! Mold has grown!

WARNING! FOR YOUR SAFETY, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS! It was a simple toothbrush that did the job. However, after 2-3 uses, the nylon bristles started to loosen. That would be fine except they come out in your mouth and you have to dig around in your mouth to find these little nylon fibers which are very hard. Worse, about a month later I noticed a dark spot underneath. Bristles which I thought might just be stains on the wood. NO, it was mold. I now know that factors such as perhaps the toothbrush's coating being too thick (?) may have played a role in this problem, but of course I keep my toothbrush in a dry and hygienic place. Somehow this discovery was enough to make me go back to plastic. Stopped using immediately. Proceed with caution.
