Not as good as a chiropractor's vibro percussor but still damn good, I've had mine for about 2 weeks and it works great, the speed controller is like a car's gas pedal, works smoothly between different speeds , and no click to change the speed system like most, although it does rattle at times if you don't keep your finger on it. I would like the handle to be about 3-4 inches longer, I'm not a very tall guy but taller people may not be able to reach the entire back on their own. I think the system works like a swing, the motor pushing down first and then the other way to create a "hammer" feel rather than a "vibration". Tunnel. I haven't had any overheating issues, but I use it regularly at or near the lowest settings. DO NOT USE ON YOUR HEAD! The instructions also state that it should not be used on pregnant women, children under the age of 12, or pets.
