It tastes good and does what it promises.
I've been using this brand of creatine for 2 months now to give it a really solid review. Although I can't see or feel anything, I'm seeing some good improvements in the gym as well as in my looks. I drink a scoop right after a workout. The taste of the snow cone is very delicious, it is very similar to popsicles! But I can see that they taste great, so I'm wondering if my taste buds have taken a back seat. Creatine helps me fuel my next workout and makes my muscles feel so much better since I'm doing full body workouts 2 days a day and 1 day off. I will buy this again! I love this stuff!
