I used to use privacy screens and work with water. This time I found it easiest to install WINDEX and an old credit card or mop. I was able to apply, remove and reapply with no problem if you use enough Windex. I was working on a renovation of my house and I really liked this view. I originally planned to order sliding patio doors with interior blinds, but that just didn't work out. So I figured a little black paint on the outside and these slides would do. Although it doesn't offer as much privacy as mini blinds I'm not a fan of curtains although I used to have IKEA panels but I like that I still get light and some privacy outside during the day even though it's clean. . I am very happy with the results. 1 roll was only enough for one side of the door. I intentionally left a gap at the top and bottom, as well as a little bit between each cutout to look like this, and I had enough to complete the small window. (I would probably guess that 1 roll would cover an entire page if spacing and personal preference were not required). Bought 2 rolls for each sliding door and two window trims. Sliding doors are approximately 30 inches wide.
