Review on Maximize Your Home Gym With CDCASA'S Adjustable Power Squat Rack Cage And Multi-Function Power Tower by Alex Barnes

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Solid beginner's power rack

This is a good instrument for beginners. I am 6'2 weighing 360 lbs. I intend to use this rack to support my power barbell and squat barbell from rogue fitness. This power rack for the price will help me for the next 3 years as I try to cut down to 170 lbs. and obtain a athletic physique. For this reason, I rated this power rack a 4/5. If I intended to use the pull up and dip bar, and fully utilize the power bar, I would recommend looking elsewhere and increasing your budget. It took me roughly two hours to put this baby up (a long break was included in the overall time). I highly recommend using a ratchet wrench (spanner or socket wrench); this will be immensely useful.Pro:> Good price for a beginner set>Easy to assembleCons:> Placement of barbell bracket and barbell protection rack may limited full extension or flexion while bench pressing.> Feel flimsy (subjective)
