The product fell apart as soon as I took it out of the box. The packaging foam was torn by an object and spilled everywhere (picture) - very unsafe for cats. The hinge screws popped out of the wood when I unrolled them to assemble the item (pictured)! Velcro strips are too far from the edge of the tree to fit on a standard window sill (picture). The only reasonably useful item in this box was a pillow, which would probably be great for cats if there was some kind of sturdy perch to put it on. It would be easy to install if it didn't break at the slightest touch. I'm just glad it broke before my cats tried to use it! The rest I didn't even try to set up, it's either sent back or thrown in the trash.
