Even before I put the shoes on I was impressed by how light they are. I haven't bought hiking shoes for many years because I don't do much sport and a pair lasts a long time. They probably weigh about half as much as the old ones. I'm like a gazelle with it - a big, clumsy gazelle. The price is right and they're bright white so no one will run over me. Good shoes.
