I was thrilled when I first received these watch straps as they are made from the same material as Garmin straps but come in a variety of colors. I have found that these bands do not stay attached to the watch during exercise. In one day while exercising, the watch fell off my wrist four times! It seems that the metal pins in the watch strap don't sit well in the watch itself. I assume this is because the spring on the pins is not as strong as the OEM band. Anyway, I went back to my original Garmin strap and probably threw them away.
