I literally put my son in it, gave him his bed and turned off the light. If he wakes up around 4 a.m. to eat, he's not cold. He literally wakes up just because he's hungry. We have an old house so it's difficult to keep him in his room for about 70 years, but it's easy to stay around 65 and he's only comfortable in that sleeping bag over his pajamas.
