Received a case that was likely returned. It had scratches on the inside of the plastic. There was no protective layer on the plastic either. I have ordered a couple of these for my previous iPhone 11 and they all arrived brand new with the protective sticker. Also there was some kind of sticky crap on the back rubber part. I got it off. Kept it because I got it on sale and I’m going to scratch the case anyway. Knocked off 2 stars because of this. I’m a fan of these cases, I like the protection and the way it feels in my hand. It’s easy to hold. They look good. But if you’re going to send customers products that have been returned I think you should indicate that. This seems to be a common complaint. If I had paid the full $29.99 I would return and hope I got a new case the next go round. I recommend the case but be aware you might get one that has been put on and removed, and have scratches on the inside of the clear plastic.
