Center support drilled and tapped for wrong size threaded foot. I had to re-drill and re-thread the 3/8" screw at 16 tpi. Judging by the numerous posts on the Internet, this is not difficult, but a common problem. The rest of the extension worked flawlessly. It would be nice if there were retractable wheels. I added some yo to make it easier to move the lathe.
