It just shouldn't be that hard, folks.

The device does not synchronize on command. You need to restart your device or phone regularly for it to recognize the watch again. The dials are lame and no longer show the date. I don't need my pulse on the windscreen. There's no other possibility. Half of the stats are dimmer than the others (and before you ask, yes I've tried both auto and manual brightness) and hard to see. The screen freezes regularly and does not respond to touches. The workout timer stops mid-workout due to an overly sensitive touchscreen (should be a "button press to wake up" mid-workout, but my long-sleeve shirt is enough to time the time or change the screen), so I lose the timer or odometer . I was so excited to get this newer version. I've had the Charge 2 for almost two years and despite the cracked screen it has served me well. I was excited to be able to track my strokes and use a real touchscreen, but at this point the new device is rubbish without major upgrades.
