Great shoes, friendly service
My daughter already had a pair of these and wanted to order a size up. I ordered and got a size 13 instead of a size 8, but don't worry! Customer service was top notch and they helped me fix the problem. Having worn them before my daughter finds them soft and comfortable and I find them durable even in inclement weather. That's why I was specifically looking for it!
