It was very easy to follow the instructions by tearing the old mirror off the bracket. The connector for the arrow and 2 wires for the heating element are disconnected. The $ pin connector inserts easily and fits well. The two heater element spades will likely need to be clamped with pliers to hold them to the new mirror. Generally not a bad mirror for the money.
